15.13

此中何等說各隨眠乃至不安穩性者，此文即說或說惑種名為麁重不安穩性，以彼惑種能令身心無所堪能故。瑜伽第十一云：世間靜慮但能斷捨彼品麁重不拔種子，彼文即說惑種勢力在身心中無所堪能名為麁重。

Regarding "Here, what is said to be latent propensities... up to their non-tranquil nature": this text means that the seeds of affliction are called coarse heaviness and non-tranquility, because those seeds of affliction render body and mind incapable. The eleventh [fascicle] of the Yogācāra states: 'Mundane concentrations can only sever and abandon the coarse heaviness of that category, but do not uproot the seeds.' That text states that the force of the seeds of affliction remaining in body and mind without capability is called 'coarse heaviness.'"
