第四三染惱。初謂不善業；二、謂憂苦準下界故，苦據果者唯苦無憂諸地是第三，故通三界。

Fourth, the three defiling distresses: The first refers to unwholesome karma; the second refers to grief and suffering, by standard of the lower realms; suffering in terms of fruition—where only suffering and no grief exists across the stages—is the third; hence it pervades the three realms.
