彼相應者，謂無漏信觀時是心心所法故依等故名曰相應。無漏勝者，隱有漏信而不論。

"Those associated with it" refers to taintless faith: at the time of contemplation, because it is a mind and mental factor dharma, and because of equality of basis and so on, it is called associated. Because the taintless is superior, faith with taints is concealed and not discussed.
