第三現中，言不作律儀者，即定道共戒，由此戒力，於三惡趣，得非擇滅畢竟不生。

In the third clear realization, the words "not adopting the monastic restraint" refer to the morality concomitant with meditative absorption and the path; through the power of this morality, one attains non-analytical cessation regarding the three miserable destinies, so that they never arise again.
