三藏云：若退人後色界起者，先欲界業即是時定報不定攝。又此文云：先於此起，謂入定。後於色者，謂長讀下文謂後生色欲受彼報，非後於色界入定也。

The Tripiṭaka Master says: If a regressed person later arouses it in the form realm, the prior desire-realm karma is subsumed under fixed timing but indefinite retribution. Furthermore, as this text says: "First aroused in this [realm]" refers to entering concentration; "later in the form [realm]" means reading continuously with the text below, meaning that later one is born in the form [realm] intending to receive that retribution, not that one later enters concentration in the form realm.
