15.266

三藏云：就彼天中，阿賴耶識建立無想故，是無覆無記。又今說厭心思種能滅無想，故云謂能引發無想定思感彼異熟，即說無想定能滅無想。

The Tripiṭaka Master says: In that heaven, [the state of] non-conception is established on the basis of the ālayavijñāna; therefore, it is neutral and unobscured. Furthermore, it is said now that the volition that loathes the mind can eliminate [thought and produce] non-conception; hence it is stated that it refers to the volition that can induce the meditative absorption of non-conception and bring about that maturation, which is to say that the meditative absorption of non-conception can eliminate [active] conception.
