數中，云依法齊量表了分位，立數者，或就意思，或就語業，表了分位假立為數。

Regarding number, when it says that number is established by expressing and clarifying stages in accord with the measured quantity of phenomena, it is nominally established as number either in terms of mental volition or in terms of vocal action, expressing and clarifying the stages.
