離色煩惱彼所攝義者，離色煩惱，即是無色煩惱，從彼無色煩惱所生諸有漏法，果屬於因，是無色繫，故云彼所攝義是無色繫。

The meaning of subsumed by that which is free from the afflictions of form: free from the afflictions of form refers to the afflictions of the formless realm; contaminated phenomena produced from those formless afflictions, as fruits belonging to the cause, are bound to the formless realm; hence it says the meaning of being subsumed by that is bound to the formless realm.
