基云：謂心所等同一識種類託所依，如眼識依眼根，俱時心所亦爾，餘準可知。
Ji says: This means that mental factors and the like belong to the same category as consciousness in depending on bases; as the eye-consciousness relies on the eye faculty, the simultaneous mental factors do likewise, and the rest can be known by analogy.
