下云又處依止，如界者，前界門中，明攝異名界竟。即問答辨色界鼻界，令所依端嚴故。又於此二未離欲故，又辨三根各生二為令依此端嚴故。今此處中，應辨此義，指如界說。

Where it states below: "Furthermore, the basis of the āyatanas is like the realms": in the preceding section on realms, having finished explaining the subsumption of alternative names of realms, it immediately asked and answered regarding the nose realm in the form realm for making the support dignified and elegant; and again, because of not yet being free from desire for these two; and furthermore explained that three faculties each produce two parts in order to make the support dignified and elegant. Now in this [section on] āyatanas, these meanings should be explained, and it points to them as being explained under realms.
