五、慧明不起失。謂異生三性心法並是無明，無明相續無漏慧明必不得起。
Fifth, the fault of bright wisdom failing to arise. That is, if an ordinary being's mind and mental dharmas of the three natures are all ignorance, then ignorance being continuous, bright taintless wisdom could definitely never arise.
