15.60

言餘修者，除四無量外所有餘修，即是解脫分決擇分善，第七簡擇，即入見修無學，簡擇諦理安立非安立等，八攝有情，則利他行，當知此中隨其所應依所說事者，結前善根依八事攝。

The 'remaining cultivation' refers to all other cultivation aside from the four immeasurables, which are the wholesome [roots] leading to liberation and leading to penetration. The seventh, discernment, means entering the path of seeing, cultivation, and beyond training, discerning the truth principles of the established and unestablished, etc. The eighth, gathering sentient beings, is the practice of benefiting others. 'It should be known that here, as appropriate, they rely on the stated matters' concludes the preceding subsumption of the wholesome roots under the eight matters.
