Ji further says: Saying 'having visibility' (youjian) is the correct Sanskrit text; saying 'visible' (kejian) is not the Sanskrit text. It can also be called 'having manifestation' (youxian); 'manifest' means it can be indicated to each other as being here or there, like being able to show a reflection, such as an image in water or a mirror; only form is called having manifestation. The Sanskrit text has the two interpretations of 'seen' and 'manifest'; however, because the popular manuscripts wrote the character xian without the jade radical, it was subsequently taken as the character jian.
