基云：善說十者，謂信等五三無漏及意捨。善作十六者，除男女憂苦命意。惡思所思六，謂五受意，取染分故，或五除捨，說亦同取，亦翻善來故。

Ji says: The ten of wholesome speech refer to the five [faculties] beginning with faith, the three taintless faculties, and the mental and equanimity [faculties]. The sixteen of wholesome actions exclude the male and female, sorrow, suffering, life, and mind [faculties]. The six of what is thought by unwholesome thoughts refer to the five feeling faculties and the mental faculty, because defiled parts are taken; or five excluding equanimity, speech also being taken likewise, since it also turns away from the wholesome.
