十三釋經中根不調等五句。先問；後答。答中有三：初解諸根不調；二、明由根不調能引眾苦；三、明善調伏者引諸快樂。

Thirteenth, explaining the five phrases in the sūtra such as 'faculties not untamed' and so forth. First, the question; next, the answer. In the answer there are three: first, explaining that the faculties are not tamed; second, explaining that through the faculties not being tamed, manifold sufferings are induced; third, explaining that those who are well tamed induce manifold joys.
