16.311

今此文中，略舉二緣。一、由通達諦理斷見惑故，立六遍知；二、由斷修惑永度界故，立三遍知，此即總明廢立。

Now, in this text, two conditions are briefly adduced: first, because of penetrating the reality of the truths and abandoning the afflictions of seeing, six thorough knowledges are established; second, because of abandoning the afflictions of cultivation and transcending the realms forever, three thorough knowledges are established. This generally explains their omission and establishment.
