16.358

由眾緣故等者，由於四緣集起滅壞故。等起理趣等者，了知諸法平等理趣。於見等事自在相應者，如眼見等自在相應也。

Regarding 'by means of manifold conditions, and so forth': it is because of arising and ceasing through the four conditions. Regarding 'the principle of equal arising, and so forth': it means understanding the equal principle of all phenomena. Regarding 'mastery and conjunction with respect to the activities of seeing, and so forth': it is like seeing with the eye, etc., having mastery and conjunction.
