戒禁取者，謂所受持，隨順見取，見取眷屬，見取隨法者，景云：此文即說戒取依見取生，由先執見為解脫因，復後執戒為能得。

Regarding "attachment to rules and observances (śīlavrataparāmarśa)" being "that which is undertaken and maintained, compliant with attachment to views, an attendant of attachment to views, and a dharma following attachment to views," Jing says: "This text explains that attachment to rules arises based on attachment to views; because one previously grasps a view as the cause of liberation, one later grasps rules as capable of attaining it."
