若戒禁等，於戒取境妄計已下，辨其行解。外道妄執從見取生身業語業，隨順見取見取眷屬，並是戒禁之體，是戒取境。此文即說見戒二取行解不別，但境有異。

Non-Buddhists falsely grasp bodily and vocal karma arisen from attachment to views, compliant with attachment to views and attendants of attachment to views, as all being the substance of rules and observances, which are the objects of attachment to rules. This text explains that the cognitive modes of the two attachments—to views and to rules—do not differ, but their objects are different.
