基云：此謂依見取故受持戒禁，戒禁隨彼見取眷屬見取隨法也，此緣戒禁生。
Ji says: "This means undertaking and maintaining rules and observances based on attachment to views; the rules and observances follow the attendants of that attachment to views and the dharmas following attachment to views; these arise by taking rules and observances as object."
