15.101

論「戒取中，謂所受持隨順取、見取眷屬、見取隨法」等者，此謂依見取故，受持戒禁，戒禁隨彼見取、見取眷屬、見取隨法也。此取戒禁生。

Regarding the treatise's: "Regarding adherence to rules and vows (śīlavrata-parāmarśa), it refers to what is undertaken and adhered to in conformity with [false] views, the retinue of adherence to views, the conformable dharmas of adherence to views," and so forth: this means that on the basis of adherence to views, one undertakes and adheres to rules and prohibitions; rules and prohibitions conform to that adherence to views, the retinue of adherence to views, and the conformable dharmas of adherence to views. This adherence arises from rules and prohibitions.
