景云：但於現在有彼過去隨眠種類名過去繫，正起現前纏與隨眠二俱名繫，未來今無故不名繫。

Jing says: 'It is only in the present that the category of those past dormant tendencies exists, which is called past bondage; when actively manifest, both the entanglement and the dormant tendency are called bound; the future does not exist at present, hence it is not called bound.'
