16.451

下明繫事，言但於現在，由此種類煩惱隨眠說，故名繫等者，三藏云：謂中邊云：熏發種類現在故名繫。

Below, explaining the objects of bondage: regarding the passage stating 'It is spoken only with respect to the present, by reason of this kind of defilement dormant tendencies, therefore it is called bound', and so on: the Tripiṭaka Master says: 'This means that the Madhyāntavibhāga says: "Because the kind perfumed and generated exists in the present, it is called bound."'
