不死憍亂，亦迷苦諦者，若有依苦諦問，彼憍亂答，此迷苦諦。妄取諸見以為第一等者，既許執見為勝名為迷苦，即迷等流果苦名迷苦諦，不迷異熟果故名迷苦諦。

'Evasive confusion regarding immortality is also delusion regarding the truth of suffering': If someone asks based on the truth of suffering and that person answers with evasive confusion, this is delusion regarding the truth of suffering. 'Falsely grasping views as supreme, etc.': Since holding a view to be superior is admitted to be delusion regarding suffering, it means being deluded regarding the suffering of flow-out fruits, termed 'delusion regarding the truth of suffering'; not being deluded regarding maturation fruits, it is termed 'delusion regarding the truth of suffering'.
