五、辨有種子異熟，一切皆有者，三藏云：謂在異熟識中持故，一切名異熟。又解：今據相續者名異熟，則一切種子皆相續故，皆名異熟。

5. Distinguishing maturation that has seeds: all possess them. The Tripiṭaka Master says: because they are held within the maturation consciousness, all are called maturation. Another explanation: now, according to the principle that what is continuous is called maturation, then because all seeds are continuous, all are called maturation.
