測引釋論二解。一云：約正體種類非想唯有漏，約後得相續非想通無漏。一云，約出世種類正體後智，非想則無漏漏，約漏盡身相續中根，亦有無漏。

Ce cites two explanations from the Commentary. One says: Formulated in terms of the type of fundamental [wisdom], neither-perception is solely tainted; formulated in terms of the continuum of subsequent [wisdom], neither-perception comprises the taintless. Another says: Formulated in terms of the transcendent type of both fundamental and subsequent wisdoms, neither-perception lacks the taintless and has only the tainted; formulated in terms of the faculties within the bodily continuum of one whose taints are exhausted, it also has the taintless.
