言若自行欲，若媒令他等者，薩婆多必由自身方成欲行，成實自作令他作並成邪行。今依此論，同成實解。

Regarding 'whether engaging in sexual misconduct oneself, or acting as a go-between to cause others [to do so],' etc.: the Sarvāstivādins maintain it must be through one's own body to constitute sexual engagement, while the Tattvasiddhi maintains that doing it oneself and causing others to do it both constitute misconduct. Now, following this treatise, it agrees with the Tattvasiddhi's explanation.
