答：准於藏論不成業道，今依大乘雖復入聖而有業種，故得業道，或可已入聖故，雖殺生已不成業道。

Answer: Based on the *Kośa*, it does not constitute a path of karma. Now, relying on the Mahāyāna: although [the person] may subsequently enter nobility, karmic seeds remain, and therefore they do acquire the path of karma; or perhaps, because they have already entered nobility, although the life was killed, it no longer constitutes a path of karma.
