下明生果，或復猶預者，由無明不了生疑惑，即於此生耶？決定等老次從無明生見慢等，相應是果相。自輕蔑者，根也。

Below, clarifying the production of fruitions: 'Or further hesitating': through ignorance not comprehending, doubts are produced—does one arise right in this? 'Determinative,' etc., are aging. Next, from ignorance arise views, conceit, etc.; conjunction is the characteristic of fruition. 'Self-disparaging' refers to the root faculties.
