景云：初三，即舉一切煩惱業報麁重。次三，即唯舉三障麁重遍行麁重者，五遍行家麁重。

Jing says: The first three enumerate the unfitness of all afflictions, karmas, and retributions. The next three solely enumerate the unfitness of the three obstacles. The 'omnipresent unfitness' is the unfitness belonging to the five omnipresent mental factors.
