17.26

第二次四轉者，指前後說處，謂總牒第二、第三轉；下第七、第八門中如次分別之。故牒指後說，故言於其自處當廣宣說。第四品差別轉，當知如蘊巧說。第五煩惱有力無力，亦如本地分說。

Next, the 'unfolding in four turns' points to the places where they are explained before and after; that is, it summarily takes up the second and third turns, and below, in the seventh and eighth sections, distinguishes them in order. Therefore, taking them up and pointing to the later explanation, it says: 'They will be extensively explained in their respective places.' The fourth, 'unfolding in differentiations of categories,' should be known to be as skillfully explained in the aggregates. The fifth, 'afflictions having strength or lacking strength,' is also as explained in the Maulī Bhūmiḥ.
