17.303

前中，景云：言或證得等至，出已計為清淨等者，此愛過去。或未證得者，此全未得，故於未來生愛。或已證得，未來愛味者，已得定者、於未起者生愛，亦緣未來生愛未來。言現行愛味者，此愛現在。

In the first part, Jing says: Regarding 'or having attained the attainment, emerging and judging it to be pure, and so forth': this is attachment to the past. 'Or not yet having attained it': this means not having attained it at all, hence producing attachment toward the future. 'Or having already attained it, tasting attachment to the future': one who has already attained the absorption produces attachment toward what has not yet arisen, also taking the future as the object to produce attachment toward the future. Regarding 'tasting attachment in current activity': this is attachment in the present.
