17.33

下結前說意引生後門。景云：謂如前說，迷四諦迷修斷障治差別者，但依化宜為令眾生易解故，此則結前。今當總辨等者，指下第六，八問答斷煩惱相中，當細分別。

Below, concluding the intention of the preceding explanation introduces the subsequent section. Jing says: As previously explained, the distinctions of delusion regarding the four truths, delusion regarding what is abandoned by cultivation, obstacles, and antidotes are merely based on what is appropriate for conversion to make sentient beings easily understand; this concludes the preceding. The statement 'Now we shall comprehensively distinguish...' and so forth points below to the sixth, eight-question-and-answer section on the marks of severing afflictions, where they will be distinguished in detail.
