17.39

此論五十八云：見所斷無事，所餘共有事無事。五十九云：見慢無事，貪恚有事，疑及無明通二。此等諸文云何會釋？

This treatise says in fascicle fifty-eight: 'What is abandoned by seeing lacks an objective referent; the rest share both having an objective referent and lacking an objective referent.' Fascicle fifty-nine says: 'Views and conceit lack an objective referent; greed and hostility have an objective referent; doubt and ignorance apply to both.' How are these various texts to be harmonized and reconciled?
