此中乃至智見清淨，此凡夫人已伏欲界修惑，得根本禪現法樂，修四無量修生死智通，遍觀察未來故。

Here, 'up to the purity of knowing and seeing': this ordinary person has already suppressed the afflictions of cultivation in the desire realm, attained the present-life bliss of the fundamental dhyānas, and cultivated the four immeasurables and the superknowledge of the wisdom of life and death, because he thoroughly observes the future.
