二、明二種思議。惡思思議者，如本分說者，非理作意惡思量事。若依黑品至而起思議者，不應思議我有情等。

Second, clarifying two kinds of deliberation. Deliberation on bad thoughts, as explained in the root division: improper attention and evil deliberation on matters. Regarding 'if relying on the dark class up to... one gives rise to deliberation': one should not deliberate on 'I', 'sentient beings', and the like.
