第二解沙門婆羅門別中，又婆羅門所有戒法隨受何戒，隨何支分，隨其差別開許害等，故是下劣，餘文可知。

Within the second section, which explains the difference between śramaṇas and brāhmaṇas: furthermore, regarding the moral discipline of brāhmaṇas, whatever precepts they receive and whatever branches [thereof], according to their differences they permit killing and the like; therefore they are inferior. The rest of the text is clear.
