若餘所行，名非現量所行者，意識搆畫設緣五塵不名現量行，此解現量行。

As for "if it is the scope of the rest, it is called not the scope of direct perception": even if the mental consciousness constructs and cognizes the five objects, it is not called direct perception; this explains direct perception.
