若內諸處至當知有漏者，由五根增上之力引起五塵，五塵為境起諸煩惱，此由漏所緣故名為有漏。

From "if the internal sense bases" up to "should be known as with taints": due to the sovereign power of the five faculties, the five objects are induced, and with the five objects as objective referents, the various afflictions arise; these are called with taints by virtue of being the cognitive objects of taints.
