無有過名者，由此名一法，皆隨自在行者，能由一名眾生封執，令雜染法自在隨行，若悟此名集起之過即出要淨法，亦自在隨行。

Regarding "There is nothing beyond name; all follow its sovereign movement": because of this single dharma of name, sentient beings rigidly attach, causing defiled phenomena to follow its sovereign movement; if one realizes the fault of the arising and accumulation of this name, the essential pure dharmas of transcendence will also follow its sovereign movement.
