言如生那落迦至亦爾者，初生苦樂離受鬼傍生中亦從捨無間苦憂相續。

The passage from "just as when born in the naraka…" to "it is also thus" means that among ghosts and animals who, at initial birth, are free from pleasant feelings and have only painful feelings, there is likewise a continuity of pain and distress immediately following equanimity.
