言彼諸善業至亦名可愛異熟者，第四禪慮已上善意思業，唯捨相應，感報現前亦名可愛異熟，是故前名廣大喜樂。

The passage from "those wholesome karmas…" to "are also called agreeable fruitions" means: the wholesome intentional karma of the fourth dhyāna and above is conjoined solely with equanimity; when it induces the actualization of retribution, it is also called agreeable fruition; for this reason it was previously called vast joy and pleasure.
