18.307

泰云：第二相續心隨初相續起，故言及隨初第二相續心。若如最勝子等釋論，唯本識是異熟，六識三性皆是異熟生。若依勝友釋論解，六識報心亦是異熟復是異熟生。

Tai says: The second continuing mind arises following the initial continuity; hence it says "and following the initial, the second continuing mind." If one follows the commentary of Jinaputra and others, solely the fundamental consciousness is fruition, and the three natures of the six consciousnesses are all born of fruition. If one explains according to the commentary of Jinamitra, the retribution minds of the six consciousnesses are also fruition and are furthermore born of fruition.
