景云：謂於一眾生類中先為煩惱後為利益成先為利益後為煩惱，總收為一第三雜業。

Jing says: That is, toward one class of sentient beings, one first produces affliction and later provides benefit, or first provides benefit and later produces affliction; collectively gathered as one, this is the third, mixed karma.
