18.37

有釋：或起我見者，依我見思議前三。或不起我見者，不依我見思議前三故也。

Another explanation says: either one who gives rise to the view of a self conceives of the former three based on the view of a self, or one who does not give rise to the view of a self conceives of the former three not based on the view of a self.
