18.390

言為一切界耶，為獨有一界耶等者，若剎利中有餘三性地獄中有餘四處四趣界者喻不相似，以所喻法中無涅槃性者，無有涅槃界者無有涅槃界故也。若地獄中，獨中有一趣種子界，如無涅槃法獨有無涅槃界，故知地獄後時不應乃至作戍陀羅。

Where it says 'Is it all realms, or only a single realm, and so forth?': if among kṣatriyas there were the realms of the other three castes, or in the hells there were the realms of the other four places and four destinies, the analogy would not correspond, because in the dharmas being illustrated, those without the nirvāṇa-nature lack the nirvāṇa-realm. If in the hells there were only the seed-realm of a single destiny, just as those without the dharma of nirvāṇa have solely the realm without nirvāṇa, therefore we would know that one in hell could never later even become a śūdra.
