言清淨界聲聞聲門者生於淨土，亦可世界興盛時生，如彌勒出現時等。
Regarding the statement about the śrāvaka of a pure realm: they are born in a pure land, or it may also mean being born when the world is flourishing, such as when Maitreya appears, and so forth.
