次釋經中，束彼八正為三蘊所以。言正語、正業、戒為根本戒為所依，方能受用一切正法者，依正語正業戒為根本便能發定，因定得慧及餘一切功德。

Next, explaining the reason why the sūtra subsumes those eightfold noble [paths] into three aggregates. As for the statement 'right speech, right action, and morality as the fundamental basis; morality as the foundation enables one to experience and use all true dharmas': relying on right speech and right action, with morality as the fundamental basis, one is able to generate concentration; due to concentration, one obtains wisdom and all other virtues.
