言又於是處，世尊說為增上清淨意現行性者，引說證成正語業命，不同小論別有無漏身語業體，但就現起意思離邪語等，故言清淨意現行等。

As for the statement 'furthermore, in that context, the World-Honoured One taught it as the manifest activity of a supremely purified intention': citing the teaching proves that right speech, action, and livelihood, unlike in Hīnayāna treatises, do not have a separate substance of untainted bodily and vocal karma, but are merely the manifest arising of intention that is free from wrong speech and so forth; hence it says 'the manifest activity of a purified intention and so forth.'
