復次已下，第二約諦辨人中分三：初明依諦立人差別；次明人有造作等十三法；後約法辨人句義差別。

From 'Furthermore' onward is the second part: distinguishing persons with respect to the truths, which is divided into three: first, clarifying the distinctions of persons established based on the truths; next, clarifying that persons have thirteen phenomena such as activity; finally, distinguishing the differences in the phrasal meanings of persons with respect to phenomena.
